As a 30+ year veteran of several U.S. airlines (Pan Am, United, Delta, Continental) in the area of Revenue Management, I thought I would pass on just one possible correction to your abbreviation list definitions. You show:

"PNR: Technically this means Passenger Name Reservation however most people associate "PNR" with the term Confirmation Number – a 6 digit alpha–numerical sequence which is unique to one's reservation."

Actually PNR means Passenger Name Record (not Reservation although I've seen that used before as well).
