I have recently done this. There is a shuttle between the airports. The cost is 15-17 for one, 23 for two, something like that. Very easy to do. Allow some time though, I sat in the van for 15 minutes before we left for DFW. If you arrive during rushhour, the trip over can be over 30 minutes. In my case it took 15-20 minutes to get there.
