Tempe now has me motivated--I am going to make it a point on trips where I have some time to check two 50-lb boxes of rocks. Inside. At the ticket counter. I have always wanted my rock collection to be shown during my travels, but never had the motivation. I urge as many people as possible to begin to bring their rocks along for the ride, such that perhaps Tempe will get the message that it's, perhaps, punitive to nickel and dime people like this.

I really hope this is some kind of a joke. I know customers could care less about us but you have no idea how many fleet service employees are on oji due to "heavy bags". We work short staffed every day(company's choice) untill I have some one to help with these bags they stay on the bag belt which may mean you get them at later time.
