My experience is BKI-LBU flights are almost always full. This is another case of penny wise pound foolish. I've never ever got an upgrade on MAS in over 20yrs of flying with them either.

I've also clocked in over 300k miles in 5 years by flying domestic & some international but no "appreciation" like other airlines e.g EK will gave some gifts/vouchers after you clock in a certain no. of miles in one year. On the last couple of flights, EK's senior officer approach me to say that I'm their "high value" customer and offered me some champagne from first class
