Whats the AA lounge like, Will I have to ask for drinks vouchers?
There are 2 AC Lounges One in A Concourse and One in D, They may offer you One Drink Voucher just ask for another. Both Admiral clubs are OK

Will I have to clear customs and immigration with a new green form and take my bag off and reload it, when I return from mexico as I am transiting up to JFK?
As there are no International-International Transit Facilities you have to go through Immigration, Customs and Baggage re-check
