But are those bulkheads as in...row 12? If so, well, that makes sense (falling under the "front of the Y cabin" argument)......

I always thought, though, that the bulkheads were reserved for those who needed it for some reason, and only assigned to the general public upon checkin. Well, with the exception of row 12.
