But that is the thing Deac-the only folks who consider the C level a true upgrade is Marriott.
Take the LA Marriott as an example.I used to stay there regularly and learned to ask the clerks NOT to put me on the C floor but rather on a top floor since the C floor is 12th and 13th of an 18 floor property,and the rooms on the top are much nicer.I get Clounge acceess(when it is open) no matter which room I am in.
As I stated earlier,a scale,a bathmat,and the occassional bottle of water does not an upgrade make.
