As has been discussed before, many of the other carriers do this too. AA must have raked in thousands (literally) at MIA during some of the February irrops. The lines for $2 skycap were at least 100 people deep all day (inside was even worse). Like the guy selling $15 umbrellas on the sidewalk during a storm.
