Norma's has one of the best breakfasts in Manhattan - even if you don't stay there, it's worth a visit.

While the rooms do have great views, I'd only book one if i could get a great rate. In general, I'm not a priceline/hotwire fan, but i'd check those sites before making a reservation as you'll probably save a few hundred dollars.
