There is a Summer Sizzler rate that is $675 for ocean rooftop including breakfast for two at the restaurant or in your suite. It requires a three night minimum stay. There was availability for e.g. Sep 12-16 yesterday, haven't checked today.

The Regent reservation engine is a bit funky; you don't see all the offers at all times. To get to the Summer Sizzler, you need to go to reservation via a slightly different route than normally (it was perhaps through the exclusives).

Being a cheapskate, I ended up booking a Spa Suite with breakfast for $326 and am now keeping all appendages crossed hoping for an upgrade ;-)

Interestingly, Amex PTS (in Finland) was not able to get (or even see) the web rates.
