I just purchased by roundtrip ticket to the Sept. 29 Continental Event (thanks again to Cigarman and CO) for $ 55.10 plus $ 16.30 tax for $ 71.40 total. I leave for IAH early Saturday morning and return that evening.

Regular X fare was $ 58 plus tax.

I know that this is out of your July-August time frame, but I frequently see the $ 58 for a Saturday rt.
