im seeing $850 for ocean rooftop at regent south beach for sept on the regent site.

there is an amex promo that might have a confirmed upgrade, cant really tell, that would make it $745 for ocean rooftop if so.

oh, i see what youre doing, youre using the 3 nights get 20% off promo.. kinda helpful if you point that out when giving rates. $680 = $850 - 20% (min 3 nights)
