Good room upgrade, nice view, regularly restocked mini bar. We were invited to Monet exhibition but as this had finished a few days before we were given 2 times one hour spa treatments for myself and partner, in the VIP twin spar room, a special room with seperate access for VIP guests so they don't have to mix with the hoy polloy. The treatment was very relaxing but there was a bit of a hard sell about their products and what we should buy, at the end... not what we wanted when we were all relaxed. The lounge in my view is not worth it for RA, the charge of £94 per day (£14 tax) does not warrant the breakfast and nibbles that you get over and above your RA mini bar anyway.
