THANK YOU! I have not flown WN since 12/97 so I called and inquired if it would be possible to take advantage of this generous offer.

The first time I called, I was up against a brick wall with a seasoned customer service agent who told me now way. So....I gave up....NOT!

I called back and got a pleasant fellow who put me on hold while asking a supervisor. He came back on the line and told me it was all set! He made me promise not to fly Alaska Airline anymore...those WN people are such jokesters! (I had my fingers crossed when I promised...I could never abandon AS!)

I already booked two RT's with Southwest for later this month...a free ticket was never so easy!
