I appreciate your frustration and I'd no doubt feel the same, but generally when the crew are late arriving it's because of joining from another flight they've been operating not because of any "go slow" or the like. They're likely just as frustrated as you.

I agree. I think this is more to do with BA's increasingly poor operational performance rather than any action by cabin crew. The cabin crew will want get home just as much as the passengers.
