Fuel surcharge part of the "fees" or the fare?
Sorry to bump this thread...

I just cancelled an AB flight, with them refunding the taxes (10 €) but not the fuel surcharge (18 €). Does anyone have similar experiences?

Would I (technically) be entitled to a refund of the fuel surcharge?
