www.expedia.ca also shows the full fare rules:

chose flights& charters, make a dummy request, then chose and option and click on 'Review the rules and restrictions '.

The full text of the fare in the crs appears!

PS aua and travelocity are a better bet as far as the overview of fares is concerned.
