Interesting...The brochure does not mention select spend points. (It describes flight points and purchase points, just like the existing card.) The passage on Airport lounge access mentions that 2 guests are permitted. I am really not clear on how this card is better than the existing WorldMC.
I dont know maybe the fact SB will waive the annual fee for people with $500K+ who are code "Reseved" with any Citigroup account vs MC requires a "Private Wealth Account" with SB which required $5 million in managed money account.
Personally I think if you are paying $50K in fees on your brokerage account Citigroup should have made the card a hell of alot better. Citigroup should have made the card gold plated because $50K in brokerage revune is a lot of fee's.
