I have a former client who every so often sends out a news flash about what he does. CCd to 140 addresses of his addressbook. It is tempting to hit "reply all" and say "Thank you for the update. Now how about paying the invoice I sent you in December?"

The ex client owes me £5k.

Those CC headers can be useful sometimes.

I did say it was tempting.
