At least baggage through-checking should be OK. They'll even interline your baggage to a competitor's flights as long as you have a valid ticket (or know the flightnumber) for that. Note that this does not apply to low-cost carriers (incl. Snowflake) that usually do not have interlining baggage agreements.
As for honoring late connecting flights (on a separate PNR/booking) they've got no obligation to do that, so it all will depend on the goodwill of the agents.
I was having some uneasy moments last night when my ARN-OSL flight got delayed around 50 minutes due to the heavy snowfall at Stockholm, limiting the operations to just the 1L runway which needed to be cleared of snow. I had a one and half hour connection at OSL back to HEL and eventually this shrunk to just 45 minutes. I sure was glad I made it, since OSL was not a connection but the turn around point for me, and in a worst case scenario they would've required me to buy a full-fare Y ticket back to HEL in the unfortunate case that I had missed my original return flight. Fortunately everything worked out fine in the end.
