I saw an "invite" brochure today outlining some of the new benefits. Overall it's pretty disappointing, mostly inline with the previous
rumors I posted.
The card is indeed Amex (duh, at this point). It also includes Priority Pass (also duh), although there are no details in the brochure as to guests, etc. And Hilton Gold.
We knew it would be ThankYou Points based, but more specifically the description sounds very similar to the PremierPass Elite card: separate "purchase points" and "flight points" (presumably with the same 1:1 redemption requirements).
Much of the brochure is focused on the concierge service, which sounds like just about every other moderately high-end credit card's concierge service. It talks about private jet benefits, but it sounds like they'll just resell you MarquisJet services (probably not at a discount, either).
The only thing that jumped off the page at me was that while the card will indeed have no transaction fees for purchases in foreign currencies, the brochure says this benefit is only for purchases through December 31, 2008.

Seems bizarre to me that they'd put a sunset on that benefit.
Here's a copy of the brochure. Have fun.
