Dear all, I'm pretty sure this question was already asked but due to search limitations, I wasn't able to find any relevant answer.

I'm planning on using some DL miles on a J class flight and was wondering if a route FRA-JFK-SFO return is possible using SQ on the FRA-JFK leg.

In this case would it be 90.000 all the way from fra to SFO?

Otherwise do I have to "pay" for a 90.000 miles award FRA-JFK and another 25.000 for a Y award JFK-SFO?
