Ever considered PPB for your company? It seems you make good recommendations to your employer, so this might be another valuable programm for your company. Since your employer seems to give you freedom to arrange your travels you may become the contact person for PPB and can see the/your loyalty with increasing PPB miles. Those loyalty miles may be used for free flights or upgrades (Y to C). IMHO this programm is as important as personal status with LH.
