Can you be more specific with your complaint? Personally, I wouldn't expect anything to change overnight. Maybe we should take stock of what has changed since they entered bankruptcy.

I'll start:

Pro: Free WiFi for CRC members

Con: Reduced SkySaver availability for general members flying coach, and for all members flying BE.

Of course it is yet to be seen if either of these are permanent.
