Where on the cert does it say must be ticketed within 24 hours? Is there a fee when redeeming at an AMEX travel office?
I've never had to pay the CTO/Airport ticketing fee. The BOS ticketing agents at the airport are smart enough to know there is no other available option to redeem the certificate and have kindly waived the fee/ignored the fine print.
