i dont think this is smart at all. i've been flying LH and their integrated partners a lot for 4-5 years now, mostly on eco fares (cheap and expensive) because right now the people who employ me only pay for Y. but that can change very quickly. i would hardly make a benchmark of say 25-30k euros a year. i think its outright wrong to meassure "loyalty" only with how much cash you spent. i know for a fact that i brought them a lot of other people too, so they are making money with us... it just doesnt always have my name on it...
