Hello, Jimbo99 - I will be in Vietnam in late September to do a small expedition ship cruise from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. There will be a lot of places of interest to see included with the cruise but I would like to do a day trip from Hanoi as I will be arriving a day early. I have looked at day tours to Chua Huong, Hoa Lu and Ba Vi National Park. Don't want to do a terrific amount of hiking. I am off to look at tour books but thought you might have a good suggestion. I am a single female traveler and I have the feeling I will be quite safe doing an arranged day trip. Thanks for any advice.
