Overall I thought it was a very good product. I think everything that's already been spoken about it is true - it's a good innovation, but there are definitely some issues - the Interactive IFE failed about 1h 20m into the film I was watching and never came back, the bed definitely does bounce when in the flat position. However the overall comfort and privacy of the seat is absolutely great.
