Another cuisine that I love to share is Indian/subcontinental food and the serving size is often small enough that it is virtually like ordering a selection of tapas.
Of course, this works in my favour when my co-diner(s) do not like a particular dish.
I'd happily put whatever I ordered into the centre of the table and share with others...unless it is a steak, which I would want cooked as rare as possible (non-negotiable!) -
not a popular or practical shared food choice!
