Accrual of Points:

9. HHonors Members cannot accrue more than 100,000 Base points during one stay, except for Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotels for check-in dates on or after January 1, 2006.

There is nothing about a thirty day maximum per stay I can find in the T&Cs, but local properties may enforce that ruling as indicated previously. For that amount of points, I'd check out for a weekend night, or possibly even two, and check in again after.
