Well I booked the quick New York trip yesterday at 11 pm. The offer totalling 2886 dkr. from AAR-CPH-EWR and back I find quite good. The cheapeast youth ticket offered by Kilroy Travels with SAS for the same routing is around 3800 dkr. this ticket is of course more flexible.

During my seat selection process on scandinavian.net i picked Seat: SK0909 - 22C, SK0910 - 22C
Which have been recomended here: (Thanks jopo)

Now i hope i can save the 10000 EB points i was considering to use getting an upgrade to Economy Extra. I suppose that the seat selection i have made online will count also at check in?

Well whats next? Finding "the" great and not too pricey 4 star property in New York City. Have been reviewing possibilities at www.biddingfortravel.com since I am consindering doing a priceline check. With the recent dollar drop (yesterday closing close to 6.00 kr. for 1$) even the nicer hotels are posible to consider.

I will keep this SAS forum posted about any new information about the trip which will take place in january 23-26. And hopefully all of it can be put together for my first flyertalk travelogue...

Have a great day!
