Last year it took me nearly 6 weeks to get my money back for a cancelled full fare C ticket.
Same with most airlines. Take ages to refund as a disincentive to pax buying up lots of tickets they don't need. Then again, in this case where airline is at fault I'd expect quicker than normal response (and some compensation for interest charges/loss of credit).
