Sometimes, poorly-written Bluetooth software disables with Windows service that manages your wifi. You can turn it back on and all will be well.

Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services --> Wireless Zero Configuration Service | Properties --> Startup: Automatic, and then Start. OK.
