I can't believe they wouldn't walk over there and get it for you, or call over for someone to bring some, instead of making you go do it yourself. The whole mentality of "I'm here to babysit you" vs. "I'm here to serve you" that appears in the airline industry vs. restaurants or hotels is unreal. It's not just UA, it really is the whole industry.
