I inflicted the worst bad beat I've seen on a play money table:

P1: KK
P2: AA
P3: QT
ME: 26

OK, So I was tired of playing in this game so after P1 raised, P2 reraised, and P3 went all-in, I called and so did the first two players.

Flop comes K74 .. good flop for the pocket kings
Turn comes A ... good turn for the pocket aces
River comes J ... good river for the QT (who now has a straight)
EXCEPT
4AJ are all the same suit as my 26.. and I win with the flush. LOL. Free poker is so stupid

At a real table the worst beats I've experienced is when I've had KK vs K6 and the person hits two 6s to win.. but .. it happens!
