I had been out of town for a couple of days so I did not see your response before I contacted the Senator Line again this morning. I talked to a supervisor (Andrew) who promised to take the matter up with a Billing Supervisor today. If I do not get a satisfactory solution out of them, I will forward the info to you. Right now I HOPE that Andrew will get it resolved. Thank you very much for your offer to help out and hopefully I will not need to get you involved. Oh...and Herzlich Willkommen to FT!
