Help - Installing Bluetooth drivers killed my WiFi card

I installed the Belkin and Widcomm drivers for my bluetooth dongle, but somehow it managed to kill my built-in Dell WiFi card - it worked fine after the install, but when I rebooted the card stopped working. It says it can't find any wireless networks, and if I try to do a "repair" it freezes up.

Tried to uninstall the Belkin drivers using Add/Remove Programs, but that freezes up midway. Now it's disappeared from A/R Programs, but it never fully uninstalled.

System restore also lost all of my previous restore points (I created one last week), so I have nothing earlier to restore to. How did that happen?

Safe mode with networking support does get me wifi access, but I don't know what to do to solve the problem so I can use my computer normally again.
