I had to extend a stay in PHX, was already in a Sheraton obtained thru PL, got online & bid, won the same hotel, and about an hour later, as I was headed out for dinner, I inquired at front desk how to handle it. They had the reservation, let me keep the same room (good), but made me check out and check in (why?).
