Thanks for all the info. I just got home and looked at the original letter and attachments I sent and I do have the boarding passes (which I sent copies of). The letter is denying my request stating they need the originals. I guess I'll make copies for myself and resubmit with the originals. I don't like doing that because then I have no proof other than a copy.
