Forget it. Unless you are very lucky, you won't get anything anyway, so save yourself some grief. You would be lucky to even get an answer to your email. I have emailed UA on much weightier issues and received no reply, not even an automated response, until I copied Glenn Tilton on a follow-up email 3 weeks later.
