Sometimes partner flights do take a while to post, but my experience tells me that usually they appear within the first few weeks after the flight, or they won't appear at all (even though everything was correctly registered with EBG printed on BP etc)... So you might end up with having to send the BP's to Retro registration unfortunately.
However, you should officially wait for a few more weeks until you send them off! I guess that you should also be careful with making copies of everything before you send it off as they are now sent to the other side of the globe to be registered...

And also make sure that NONE of the segments are booked in G, N, Q or V class. If just one small segment is booked in one of these, the whole itinerary is ineligible for mileage accrual!
