Could be... but almost no one here in Finland knows about Jet Blue...
I think "blue" here referring more to the airline being Finnish (albeit owned by the Swedes, Danes etc.). They aim to compete more with Finnair, whose slogan has been something like "On blue and white wings" (referring to our blue and white flag, of course). A lot of marketing in Finland tries to portray an image that a product being Finnish makes it somehow of higher quality. It is kind of strange idea to me, but a significant proportion of the population seems to buy it.
