So the fact that the RCC was before security meant that I didn't go. But on the strange side, the AC check-in agent allowed me to stand by early on a Tango w/o the $50 change fee.
The security clearance at LGA is usually pretty fast.
The AC check-in agents have been great to me many times as well. The last time I flew (Saturday), they automatically put me on standby with Tango as well...I didn't even have to ask and no fee.
