I left CPH yesterday. The US/Canadian long distance carrier numbers were accessible from the phones at the Scandinavian lounge, but not from the payphones at the airport.
In Denmark, these access numbers must not be reachable from ordinary payphones, even though - it seems that the advertisements, at least for ATT, and the pocket card for Canada Direct, claim that they are indeed accessible.
