Well they are both correct.

QF has X allocation of seats on this AA flight and has sold them all. However AA still haven't sold all their seats which is why it is showing more Y seats when you select both QF and AA. It is showing the seats AA hasn't yet sold.

In regards to getting M class - On such a full flight your chances are very slim.
