Living in Scadinavia, Denmark and mostly travel for pleasure on SAS, Lufthanse and Thai, I must say they are quite good. You got at least 100% miles flown, when flying at least on UA, LH, SAS, TG, AC, even on very discouted tickets ánd campain fares. Said thath I mostly fly long distances, but I have allready been a weekend in Amsterdam stying in Raddison SAS (I payed one night with EBP and a friend the other night with points aswell) Both the flight CPH-AMS and I think to the hotelstay too, was a bargain fro Eurobonus. Now I again have EBP enough to travel to Southern Europe, Russia, Greenland or Svalbard. Saying that I also use my compiend Eurobonus/Diners Card, to earn more points when travelling. Dont know if it is possible in the US. I have even been upgraded from Ecocomy to E+ flying BKK-CPH just by smiling and asking. So for me living in Denmark it works fine. I think that most people arguing against EB is travellers with status? ;-) Just my 2 cents from Copenhagen
