1-Sushi /champagne to start
2-Grilled Goose Foie Gras with Sauternes or Late Harvest Tokaj
3-Filet Mignon from Scottland - Pommerol or Margaux
4-Chocolate Fondant (Kallebout Ganache) if kitchen has pastry chef
