Where on the cert does it say must be ticketed within 24 hours? Is there a fee when redeeming at an AMEX travel office?
From the letter accompanying my certificate:
You must present your Companion Certificate in person, at a Delta Air Lines ticketing location or at a Delta-authorized travel agency, within 24 hours of booking your travel.
Also, on the reverse side of the certificate, under
Reservations & Ticket Information:
5. Award recipient named on this certificate must present this certificate at a Delta Air Lines ticketing location or at a Delta-authorized travel agency for ticketing, within one day after reservations are made....
