Flying paid F, no status - any special way to handle possible irops?

I am a UA 1K taking my first AA flight in many years next week. I will be flying paid F. In as much as I signed up for the AAdvantage program moments after completing my booking, it is safe to say that I have no status on AA. Just a few questions: (1) in an irops situation, would I call the regular AA line, or could I use a separate line for high rev/status pax? (2) in the case of #1, is there a special CS desk that handles high rev/status pax, or do I join the line of the grumpy masses that I have had the misfortune of encountering flying this year, who felt irops demanded their immediate gratification at the cost of other fliers? (3) Are there any benefits to being a paid F that don't also require status?
