at SFO last week the GA announced 1K and GS can board now using the red carpet. the lice proceeded to use the red carpet lane (there were no 1ks or GS apparently) and the GA started letting them board! As zone 1 was announced, as a lowly 2p (just got 1p today), I had to stand in the non-red carpet line watching the dozen or so zone 4 pax board using the red carpet lane.

I finally just cut in front of the zone 4ers and commented to the agent that I was amazed to see 20 1ks on the flight.

Dear UA: if you are going to use the red carpet lane please have your employees follow your own rules.
